Well, this manga is something, for sure. I really loved the scenery and characters. Even if I didn't understood quite everything perfectly and will probably need to give it a second shot, it's definitely something that I would recommend to read!

After rereading this, I can say it grew in me. A really interesting cyberpunk manga. Still unreadable at times, but one of the most intense titles I've ever read.

The embryo (sphere) was conceived between Cibo and Sanakan. In the ending Killy manages to reach the surface, and the embryo "activates" in the uncontaminated water. In the last page we see Killy with the girl born from the sphere (which has the Net Terminal Genes that he has been searching the whole manga for), escorting her to connect to the NetSphere. We know he succeeds from BLAME!² and NetSphere Engineer.

I have to be honest here, the only thing that was like any good were the wide shots of the weird architecture, the action was hard to follow, the plot didn't get enough focus, and most of the fights and the walking were nothing but pointless filler.

A detailed history lesson of the city would be way more interesting than anything that happened to the characters during the manga.

Art, visual storytelling and creative direction were nothing short of phenomenal, like someone said above, even though at times the story was almost impossible to follow it still managed to keep me interested. What. a. manga, I'm gonna be thinking about and back to this for a while yet.

9/10
