Gantz Chapter 381 Discussion

This is just a train-wreck. Nothing has been resolved. Does anyone remember the vampires? Where the hell have they been? What about that Sebastian guy?

Wow, finally caught up, but I can't believe this is ending so soon.

Is Nishi still alive? And what about the Vampires?

I've read a spoiler about this ending months before this chapter got released. Maybe even 1-2 years before that.

But the guy who wrote the spoiler also mentioned Sebastian entering some weird gantz ball room or something and seriously we really need an explanation for Sebastian's powers.

There is no such thing as "closure" or an "ending" for gantz. Gantz is Gantz. Love it for its mindfucking.

It's actually sad. I don't know if oku just got lazy or if he sucks at telling a story.

Well so next it will be Kei and Katou finishing off that giant which is a nice end.

After that the invasions over the aliens are gone, No more suits or Gantz.

Hopefully Kei and get some worldwide recognition has the human savior.

My only concern is I hope they bring up Sebastian again, I've already excepted that he is some kind of god.

I just want it confirmed.

Oh well at least it'll be better than Cage of eden.

No way in hell it'll end in such a rewarding way. I see Katou or Kei dying before even getting anyone to clap both hands together. There's no damn need to bring up Sebastian again, he was from the civilization that provided Earth with the technology to fight. I mean, look --> http://www.mangareader.net/gantz/370/2 Just flip over to the next page.

I can see why Kaze and Mary was transferred first, if they teamed up they would have roflstomped that Sepiroth alien, lol.

I'm hoping that by "The End", Oku means the end of this arc, then he can move onto the last wrap-up with a few extra chapters. Because there's no way in hell, knowing how he likes to release these 20 page double-panel fillers, he can tie up all the loose ends in 2 chapters. Unless they're, like, 60 pages each. -.-

-Is Nishi still alive? It showed him getting attacked, but never actually dieing(didn't show Sakata dieing either, but still...)

-What about the vampires? They just up and vanished for no apparent reason. Shouldn't they have been transported with the other Gantzers when the businessmen hacked the Gantz system, since they got bombs/chips implanted in their heads as well?

-Sebastian, for obvious reasons.

-Also, that reporter needs to die. He gives Kurono's identity away to the vampires, gets him killed, then acts like they're best friends.

2 chapters -.-

-Who the hell cares about Nishi anymore? He's prolly dead, and I don't specially care, I mean, he calling his 'mama' all over the place destroyed his character.

-The vampires saw Gantzers as their hunters, but that never really made sense, did it? After all, we never saw anyone from Tokyo's brand chop some vampire up before they appeared by the end of the T-Rex arc. I guess that's why they were nowhere to be seen after being involved in Osaka's arc. And in what reffers to the summoning by the businessmen, didn't they just summon randomly? There was no must for the vampire couple to appear again.

-I've already talked about Sebastian.

-And...man, that's just Kurono's karma. I've got to recognize I wouldn't have enjoyed this as much as I have if Kurono hadn't died that one single time.

But there's one thing that pisses me off: Kei's brother being a vampire did have no damned impact at all.
