eeehhhhhhhhh???????? at least ft will have a better ending ( i hope) than last 4 chapters of bleach.....
Well probably cause for some reason bleach went on a biggest rush ending. But if talking about FT this current arc is such dissapointment so decent ending will be already good.

Well okay chapter, I'm not even gonna bother complaining about the fanservice anymore... This new Dragneel must be one of Zeref's creation, or he adopted him, its unlikely that his blood related to Natsu and Zeref, unless Zeref resurrected him or something.
You think? I thought this chapter was above average for a FT chapter 4/5.
The fanservice didn´t feel forced at all, because August specfiically commented that, he "pierced her heart". The heart just happens to be located in the chestarea.It´s the same situation as with Erza´s torturing, which I didn´t agree with initially, because the author can just glance over it without showing any nude bodies, but on the other hand no one would complain if a guy would get his heart pierced and holding his cheastarea and Manga is a visual medium. Meaning that for both situations the fanservice is acceptable and does contribute to the story.
Now people may be angry that Brandish has an OP ability that´s a convenient plot device,which I also would disagree on. She was introduced as being OP from the getgo. There have been no contradictions in that assesment. Furthemore, the usage of a shrinking ability is quite creative.
The sole false advertisement around her, stems from Hiro introducing her character as seemingly cold blooded and stern during her first appereance, where she "kills" her subordinate. Just to turn her into the literal opposite as the story continued.
On the other side of the spectrum we learned alot about the characters that were in the chapter compared to a regular chapter. We learned that Angel lives a facade after she turned a new leaf and became a good person.We learned why Yukino was part of the Eclipse programm. We got a glimpse of the abilities of the one Spriggan that we weren´t properly introduced yet and we learned more about Eileens character. At this point it´s obvious to the majority of people that she is in actuality Erza´s mom, which no one should be surprised about when Hiro drops the Bomb. Nonetheless, her demand to torture people doesn´t seem to stem from sadism, but from psychological and probably also physical injury she suffered in the past. It´s most likely that my theory is at least partially true at this point and that Eileen thought Erza to be dead.
This is supported also by the fact that she was annoyed by the Kings reaction to his daughter being turned into a mouse and the fact that she calls her swords "daughters". Since they are magically enchanted swrords they can´t be taken from her. Although they are replacements for what she lost they cannot compensate for the actual kid she lost.

Is Mashima competing on how many asspull survivals he can pull in an arc? I mean we had Gajeel just a chapter or two ago, Laxus, Natsu, etc and now this shit with Mira. How are we supposed to take ANYTHING seriously? How do you even MAKE A WOUND SMALLER?!? Even if you pierced the heart with microscopic needle that would still cause death.
Totally lost count of Spriggans - they all have been fodder and sort of blend into each other in terms of being unimportant.
The ass-pull family member is outright filler material in terms of quality. It feels as if Mashima's desperate to make the reader feel threatened by Spriggans(which he totally failed at so far). First we had all tartaros demon powers stuffed into one as Mashima tried to make us feel threatened. Then we had Eileen's asspull magic nonsense, which also failed to impress. Now its Nasu's family member - I mean he has to be strong and powerful, amirite?! FT is totally going to loose now omg omg amirite? LOL.

That...kind of sums up every single Spriggan in this story so far.

Tiny hole in heart might not be lethal. I remember a method used long ago for people who have have their heart muscle weaken due to poor blood circulation in veins there. Method used to fix that was making lots tiny holes around the vein or near the muscle to stimulate new vessels growth. I cant recall how this thing was called but the holes were needle sized or smaller. I also don't know if the hole was shallow or went through the heart wall.
It's still a bull**** to shrink wound unless that is the logic behind Brandish magic when it comes to changing size of living creatures. She shrank a whole human. How does that even work? Did the number of cells he was made got lower or the size of cells changed.
I guess that's the only way to have Brandish magic work. It's to enlarge cells so they are bigger and get closer together closing the wound. Pierced heart or even normal heart that constantly does extensive work would be impossible to function like that. It's like having tumour where the cells are just overgrown or many in number.

Why have her die? What would even be the point this late in the series? Not like it would magically make this manga better, as it's just way past the point of pretending that it allows its characters to die.
The point is not to get her into such situations and then bring her back by BS.
I actually wouldn't have mind if Gajeel and Mira didn't get into such a situation in the first place. Just have them win and be done with it.
If you get them into such situations, might as well kill them instead of simply deteriorating the chapter and manga by BS
