IIRC, during Harvest Festival Arc, Freed's runes prohibits anyone 80+ something years old to go outside the guild. Obviously Natsu and Gajeel are included.

Question: In Fairy Tail, how does time travel make you age? Physically, both Natsu and Gajeel are little kids (assuming everything's direct, 7 years younger than their first appearance in the series) pre-Time Travel. Then they went 400 years forward. Doesn't that make them still little kids going by their age? Then they just aged normally starting x777. I always thought Natsu's "old age" was due to Zeref preserving his body. I might have missed some important points so corrections are welcome.

it's like the 7 year gap with tenrou. they all lost 7 years, but their bodies are still the same.

so even if the dragon slayers are like around 18 years (wendy younger), they still lost the 400 years with the time travel. so they are 400+ years old, even with their normal aged bodies. and so they could not go out the 80+ barrier from freed.

another additional explanation could be, that the dragons, who were in the dragon slayer's bodies at this time are definitely over 80 years old.

Amazing chapter. Flashback was great, and it tied all loose ends swiftly.

except the two final fucking pages.

Fucking Happy rescuing Natsu was bullshit. He should've just let the stupid arrogant bitch Natsu get crushed along with Zeref.

Seems END's hype went down the drain this chapter too, so that's pretty good news.

LOL No it didn't. All of these revelations did nothing to take from END'S potential for power. Which is the whole reason why Zeref entrusted Natsu to Igneel. To let him get strong enough to destroy him. Sorry to burst your delusional little bubble.

No?

It went up. Going from fighting Zeref to being destined to destroy the most powerful dragon who ever lived.

If anything, END now has even more hype and Gray even less reason for his asspull-filled angsty revenge.  In fact Gray is no different than Mard - projecting his delusions onto something unrelated.

Yup pretty much this chapter killed most of the hype for Gray's already misguided agenda which is based solely around MARDE GEER'S FANBOY LIES.

Yeah if that's it for Lucy's backstory and mystery then it is fucking disappointing.

if happy didn't stop that guy he would have annihilated zeref, he is not that and never gave a good fight. Even if it was typical I was moved by Happy's cry to natsu.

I am not gonna read rave until fairy tail is over but everyone keeps saying thats its gonna follow rave's story pattern, why would he repeat the same story, that mean juvia will die

It's not the same as Rave, but is just similar to it.[/quote]

Pretty much, he openly admitted that he regreted to have killed Siegheart (Jellal) in Rave Master, which is why I was confused when Jellal died during tower of heaven arc.

Juvia is a callback to Reina and Gray obviously to Musica, but so are Bisca and Alzack. As Laxus  and Gildarts are callbacks to King.

Hiro Mashima also openly stated that he intends FT to be a happier story than Rave was, which is why some of the twists are played out differently.

My assumption is that he initially intended to make Elfman the Let of the story but  because he introduced so many characters he all wants to develop he´s in a pinch right now on who to develop first.
