Fairy Tail Chapter 443 Discussion

Holy s*** That's how powerful those 12 Sprigans are.. Just a flick of a finger.. Arbaless is really a fearsome nation.

Something's growing or forming from Natsu's arm.......

A morphed dragon arm maybe???

Dragons saying that there's an almost zero chance of them transforming but it seems Natsu wasn't safe even in that huge percentage. Gray noticed it as well. Great chapter....

I gotta say recently I've been disappointed but this chapter was pretty good...... Until the team B part ended. They r giving them waaay too little scenes and they r better than team Natsu the only thing team Natsu got going for them right now that was pretty cool is Natsu arm. Who knows what it could be. It could be his first signs of dragonfication since he is the son of Igneel and a dragonslayer and we don't know if they fully finished the anti bodies so instead turning into a full dragon he could just be changing a little. Or it could be his first signs of his Etherious form like the 9 demon gates had.

After getting so OP and losing his limiter(Igneel) his true powers could be starting to grow, maybe a lil too fast, and as such either his dragonslayer powers have increased a lot and he is undergoing dragonfication or it is his first signs or reawaking his END powers. Or u know it could just be something he got while training.

Besides Natsu Arm the only good think besides B team part is that the hype is real not like in avatar arc. Seriously though if the next chapter isn't all B team, mice and long, and Kaxus doesn't make an appeared, then I'm gonna be pissed.

So, what do you all think Brandish's magic is? It seemed to me like it has something to do with changing the properties of matter (maybe she changed Marin into water to kill him).

Your idea sounds cool enough already, can't wait to see the magic of all 12.

Yeah it seemed like she could reshape matter like you said. I'm liking these Sprigin already.

If I may say something, I don't think how they reacted to Brandish's power should mean she's stronger than Mard Geer.

I mean, look at it this way, Natsu trembled before Gildarts but was able to stand up to Mard Geer just fine, I would assume Mard Geer is stronger than Gildarts if he really took on the Celestial Spirit King and fought him as an equal.

I just think it's just a shounen problem really, power level inconsistencies to hype up the most recent villain.

Did you not see what she did to the island. It's pretty obvious she's much stronger than Marde

I can't decide how I felt about this chapter. Laxus and crew joining Blue Pegasus just doesn't feel right... The GaLe bait was hilarious with Juvia's commentary. But in regards to Alvarez... It just felt like Mashima is trying too hard to demonstrate these guys as a threat. The escalation of Fairy Tail always felt real up until now. For heaven's sake, if Alvarez's best are this strong, they could've wrecked Tartaros without trying. Am I the only one that feels this way? This arc is coming across as forced...

I think all of the Laxus stuff was a joke lol Actually what Tartaros did, played in Alvarez's advantage, since Face was magic bomb that nullifies magic, if Alvarez invaded to get Lumen Histoire (that's their plan), they would've been... you know useless, because the bomb would've destroyed the magic. Tartaros had their own goal, but since they failed, at the same time 'succeeded' in getting reed of Face and Etherion, Alvarez can now attack and take Lumen Histoire. It kinda fits if you think about it.

I still wanna know the fucking point of the entire tarturous guilds plan. They were fighting END the entire time, lil END Natsu looked exactly like older Natsu or guess from his last name Dragneel, you can't tell me they don't even know the last name of their master/creator/person they r supposed to kill. Also if END was the one trying to stop them WTF was in that book and if they had succeeded what would happened. I'd say either nothin and us Readers would laugh our asses off or Natsu full power as END is unlocked and he can use curse power, however Natsu still FT wizard so he uses his new power to take revenge in a magi less world

All of that was already explained.

The Book most likely would have awakened him if Natsu opened it(Igneel did say NOT TO open it for him).

At least Mard Greer did show certain level of awareness about END possibly being Natsu. The thing is they most likely did not know the circumstances of END's disappearance and thought they can just revive him with the book.

Similar people exist - Layla and Lucy look nearly identical yet nobody even questions that because they are mother and daughter, after all.

Tartaros wanted to erase magic within the continent(or the world considering the number of faces - think atomic bombs, you drop enough and the coverage increases) and then use the result to free END. If END was indeed Zeref's strongest creation and since for all they know Igneel, the "strongest dragon", could not kill END, they had no reason to worry about anyone being able to stop him.

Oh wait I just also noticed something regarding Natsu's arm..... It didn't react back at their enemies in Avatar arc... since it's just seemed to easy for him (One shot fodder alert!) It might seemed like it responded to powerful enemies such as the 12th Sprigan because of its immense magic power with reasons unknown.

Notice how Natsu wasn't too much intimidated by the enemy and even demanded a fight.... I might be wrong but I think Natsu has really grown more powers than he displayed back at the last arc. If you could count it as END first awakening or his failed dragonification, then yes for me. But then again, it will not take just for Natsu alone to take down Arbaless.

Well he didn't use any of his forms yet Dragon Force or Thunder Flame Mode, so yeah he still has something up his sleeves. But nice to see it confirmed that he's hiding something, been bugging me since the beginning of the time skip, either he hided something, Mashima trolled us, or it's a hint that he trained with Gildarts, since Gildarts has a bandage on his right arm too.

I agree. Before everything else, Natsu was able to push back the crash mage but now he probably managed to inflict a wound on him. Kinda makes like Naruto and Jiraiya training where Naruto accidentally injures his sensei.. What if he lost control and the three of them kept quiet about it?

He has already three forms with the new one inherited by his father.

What third form?

The Flame Dragon King... Though I have yet to officially call it one of his since it came out as a basis for Natsu's firepower

That's not a new form it's just a new move or set of moves. Like he learned a new skill and decided to name it fire dragon king crumbling fist or whatever. It's,not a new form just a new skill or set of skill. He may be getting a new form soon with that arm though

So, Makarov's alive. They get warned to stay away, or else... Who wants to bet that the first person of the Spriggan 12 that they'll fight in Alvarez will be Brandish because of what she did to Marin and to get more information on Makarov? *Raises hand*

That GaLe scene though xD lol
