I guess. Still, though... What's the point in having people fall down if they get up in spite of "grave injuries" all the time? I mean, remember the Oracion Seis arc? Or even Tenrou Island. People got beat there- Mira getting beat to a pulp is nothing new (and is mildly irritating given that most other characters get their chances to shine, even that god awful stereotype we call Elfman), but there was also Erza. And remember how the Raijinshu got hurt pretty bad at the beginning of the arc? It only means stuff if they stay down for a notable length of time. When people get up from explosions and crap as if they were just taking a nap on a regular basis...Ugh. I know that this is a manga, but that is NOT how you build suspense. Well, at least the art is getting consistently better. So there's that.
