^I dont think summoning 3 spirits while shes out of juice is OP,. Put the enemy's ability into acct. She used whip on Jackal but no use, she summoned Aquarius but now shes immovable.. Her spirit will end up worrying her and cant focus in battle.. look at those previous battle with Leo and Virgo wipe out instantly..

Sigh, I should mind my exaggeration, I meant weakest of people who actually matter... i.e. gray, natsu, erza, mira, luxus and his team, everyone that took part in the tournament except for Elfman. So basically yeah she's weakest among the people who matter, and for me lisanna and elfman and the painter dude and jet and droy doesn't count.



Lucy has been pretty much decoration for a very long time/ damsel in distress. As the main female chara she should at least be powerful enough to be in team natsu. Early on she was been the brains behind missions, which was okay, but that hasn't happened much lately

I guess Lucy did get some water powers now, but i doubt it would last, i do think that it was only possible because the CSK was there but maybe after he descends back to Celestial world, Lucy is going back to normal... but if this is PERMANENT then i doubt it if Aquarius would totally get back to the series instead lucy now can freely use her powers maybe this is Hiro's way of making Aquarius remembered in the series ..... *They now have the same powers as Juvia :O
