Even Kagura admitted defeat before the rocks fell on her. She pulled her sword and was insta slashed by Erza, it was a clear victory, only she didn't faint. It was pretty obvious the way she clashed that one last time it's over for her. People are complaining for a reason, if you don't understand it it's your ignorance. The world is not fun if everyone has the same opinions and prefers the same things you do, and you don't have to feel obliged to answer every "complaining" people make here.



And Erza strongest weapon isn't her full atk sword like you said vs. Azuma, because she couldn't finish him with that, he just root her in place. She finished him with a whole island power up that came through the emotions of every FT member there. If you want some kind of explanation, it's a massive agility boost, going without armor. Same here, the key to victory was in her psychology, not in her sword.



Well, that's just the way I see it. I can understand why people loved this chapter, and why they didn't tho. I respect both views.

Lame fight is lame but that's how Fairy Tail fight have always been. Some talk and boom, Nakama power exploded and Kagura is defeated with one slash.

Exactly. Kagura did not lose. She forfeited. And because of the flashback and realization of who Erza is then it is hardly unreasonable. FFS its similar to how Meredy dealt with the truth about Ultear.

a good chapter though for me it's kind of fast.

Kinda shocked at how quickly Kagura was defeated, but nonetheless, epic Erza moment is still epic. I wonder how she'll be able to fight off Minerva now while severely injured. Next couple of chapters should be very interesting.

I swear Fairy Tail has an interesting plot and great characters, heck even the art work is awesome. But its biggest flaw... is its battles scenes. Even for a shounen its just wait too predictable amd cheesy. At the least Naruto and One Piece fights are way more interesting.

When Erza beat her that quick, I thought it was pathetic. They could have at least put up more of a fight.



But then moving on and we see more of Erza and Kagura's past.. I must say a little tear escaped and then..



Friken Minerva comes and ruins the atmosphere..



Though I'm real excited about the upcoming fight between Erza and Minerva :D



Unless it goes back to Eclipse stuff.. Which is very likely.
