damn son  the death count is already at 2 (it would seem) and we haven't even gotten to the main cast yet,good chapter just waiting for shit to hit the fan.

I woulnd't mind though such a calamity. By no means am I saying that "death death death" is a must for a series (like others have said) but considering how strong the nakama theme is in this manga I would like the main cast to experience the other side.

Not killing off the importan ones but at least the secondary ones like Jet/Droy etc

Oh I do agree that Minerva seems to have ulterior motives and that there's a possibility she did that. She does have a fitting power for that anyway.



Its just that her  saving Lector seems a bit counter-productive to me. - She would want Sting to rage more and to have reason to stay in guild and possibly go after Natsu - can't do that if Lector's alive. At the same time Lector's death would also motivate Rogue to be strong as to not lose his cat.





And I doubt she is the kind of person who would save someone out of mercy.



With everything it does seem that Lector's more useful to her dead than alive. Of course who knows...





In anyway, she is either the true leader with Genma s a front or she is "Laxus" of Sabertooth - except that unlike with Laxus, she does not seem to care how the current leader dies.
