Hiro better not pull up some Lisanna shit, that panel surely shows that he was eradicated.
As for Sabertooth's Master? I dont think his gonna die.. if he did, then being called the "strongest" was a fucken joke.. even Kagura or Jura seem far stronger than him..

Been digging Fairy Tail for quite some time but I smell troll on Mashima UNLESS Genma was a weakling in disguise with big muscles and someone else is pulling the strings.
Other than that 4.5/5 on the chapter.
Sting got a shot in, but I really doubt Gemma is dead. I would think a battle is about to break out internally in sabertooth causing a hiatus (for one reason or another) in the magic games, and day 5 being cancelled/postponed. Hopefully im wrong and Fairy Tail regains the title of strongest guild, but my guts telling me otherwise.
If he's not dead, then Minerva will finish him off. She had the look.

1 & 2 I'll concede on these two while we wait for more information. Still will stick to my own theory until brutally destroyed by Mashima himself or some massively contradicting piece of evidence.

In the anime they were talking about alternate versions in Edolas so Master asked Natsu what his other self was like and after a bit of thinking he said Master felt similar to the king just a bit. Also if we want to include anime as evidence, the voice of the glowing avatar form that spoke to Igneel. It's the same as Polyushka.

Being master doesn't mean crap if you want to judge power levels. Unlike a Wizard Saint, you don't need power or skills. You just need to lead and know some politics and follow councils rules.
If it were power, Laxus, Erza, Natsu, Mira, Gildartz. could form their own guilds if they wanted too, like the Oracion Seis did.
Let me point out some weak masters.

Darklight already said Minerva would then finish him off. So yes, Genma is practically gone.
But on the small chance that he is lives, the others will kick him out and erase his mark, because the weak has to go.
The games won't be stopped either. Fate is still moving forward. In Levy's narration she mentions how fierce the battle on that day was. The only ones who has bad intentions there(grudges against FT) are Sabertooth and Mermaid Heel. The rest of them are allies of FT.
