The story begins with the main character (MC) waking up in a webtoon they had read, essentially a transmigration tale involving a webcomic universe. The MC initially navigates this unfamiliar world until they encounter a monster, which is often referred to as a "villain" in these magical girl stories. Like the popular Kamen Rider concept, the MC must either transform or face certain death.
What sets this apart is their transformation mechanism – a belt that forces them to complete quests, otherwise they'll perish. This leads to intense situations where the MC must even fight against fellow magical girls to survive.
Regarding the harem tag, it's important to note that at 27 chapters, it's more of an ensemble of female characters surrounding the MC, rather than a full-blown harem. While the gender ratio leans heavily towards females due to the genre, the harem aspect is currently minimal and might develop further in the future. In my opinion, it's not a major focus at this point.
There's certainly more to the story than I've mentioned, so I encourage you to dive in and decide for yourself whether it's a narrative you'd enjoy. Happy reading!
While the plot itself isn't weak, the antagonists exhibit charm, and each chapter is lengthy, the pacing can be slow. The author clearly takes their time with the narrative, often interrupting any attempt at a plot progression with battles, which becomes repetitive.
In conclusion, I enjoyed the read despite the abundance of battles, but the constant fighting sequences can be tiring at times.
