    So far the story has a lot of potential and I kinda enjoy the mc, I just hate the fact that during one of the beginning chapters he let himself get punched on the stomach and didn’t get revenge

    I haven’ t read this novel yet  the concept sound good but I was wondering how does it connect to your other novels in the same universe is it that they just have a similar concept or do the choices and action of the of the other MCs effect this story and vise versa.

    For a thirty-year-old to experience so much pain and suffering in their life its just sad. It's true even though Tender was sixty years old and only had a limited understanding of freedom, unlike his father he was considered one of the lucky ones who can say they knew their fathers unlike the third generation of slaves.
