Helena Smith was a lady who seemed to have it all. Smart, beautiful and sexy as hell. But she had one major flaw - as what others seemed to think of it - she is an orphan. Ashton Kempt. Edison Hunt. Known to others as the 'golden boys'. Why? They are perfect. Rich, smart, confident and handsome. One is gentle and refined. The other one is gruff and manly. One is from the present while the other is from her past. Will she be drawn back to the man from her past? A past that she has been running away from. Or will she take the leap and go into the waiting arms of the one from her present. Will she be able to start dreaming of a future with him? Just when life was starting to go well for her, people from her past started turning up. What would she do now that someone wants to hurt her and her family? Would she run away again just like before or would she stay and face her demons? A heartwarming story about a woman who deals with every curve ball that life throws at her. Watch how Helena overcomes her doubts, distrust and traumas with the help of those around her. Be with her as she tries to find out who she really is and come out triumphant.

People say it's a pretty good novel to pass time but why on Earth is the m named Dark Demon. Why is demon a normal noble family name. Why is his first name dark? I thought dark demon was just the name of one of the demons and was expecting a light demon and a fire demon but no dark demon is just the mc's name. Should've just named him Damian dark or something similar if you wanted him to have an edgy name.
Edit: ok I was pretty harsh on dark demon but white gawd is f'ing hilarious. Completely broke my immersion. Stupid name but funny stupid.

to be honest, the English in the story is awful, sometimes there's a female pronoun when it's supposed to be male, some sentences straight up don't make sense and sometimes the punctuation is off

I have to say, I felt incredibly fortunate when this manga was recommended to me.
There are around three or four stories that make up the entire volume, but I'll focus solely on the first one—set during the summer holidays of 1996.

Man, I'm absolutely head over heels for this story. It's just perfectly, absolutely my type!

On the first day of summer, four women gathered at the Yamamoto house. They were all there because of a letter from their ex-boyfriend, Hiroyuki Yamamoto. It turns out he left the countryside for Tokyo long ago to chase his dream of becoming a successful musician. There, he met the three greatest loves of his life—women he never forgot until the day he passed away.

At his house, the women cheerfully ate, slept, and talked together. Even though they shared trivial things about their mutual ex-boyfriend, they always smiled gently and listened to each other with comfort.

Each story unfolded gradually—sad, regretful, heart-breaking, silly, crazy, and nostalgic. Regardless, Hiroyuki remained their forever love. And in the final story, at the moment where their memories intersected, Hiroyuki appeared one last time to bid them all farewell. Farewell to their regrets, leaving sadness behind so they could move forward with their lives.

In the end, the three women who came from Tokyo returned to their present homes, leaving the fourth girl with a hopeful future ahead.

The manga is short, and the panels can sometimes feel messy, making it easy to lose track of events. But to me, it's still a quiet classic.

    "Ah, men are silly."
    "They sure are."
"Because no matter what happens, women always keep living."
