God this novel really is mediocre, I thought it might be one of those you read with your brain disengaged to pass time while you wait for the good stories to update. However, I can’t even do that reading this novel. Lately it seems the trend is overly cautious MCs who are willing to see people who’ve been around them and treated them well suffer because they are terrified of exposing themselves. Idk it seems the quality on Webnovel is dropping further and further. If you like MCs who are cautious then go read ‘Top Teir Providence: I cultivate secretley for 10,000 years’. Don’t waste your time on this. It seems like all these novels are either arrogant genocidal maniac or complete cowards. There is no happy medium.

Ten chapters in, and I can safely say I'm impressed. This novel has exceeded all the expectations I had of it, from the start. While it's not your conventional WN (based on where it is set amongst other things), the writing quality is insanely good. Like, really, really good. In fact, I think it trumps the majority of novels on this platform (not necessarily in terms of using complicated or sophisticated words, but as a fellow writer, I can appreciate good quality when I say it). So far, story development has been satisfactory, with the pace being neither too slow, nor too fast. Character Design is also great, with the author utilising different themes to bring them to life. I particularly have a soft spot for Zarqa, and Alibaba. Update stability is consistent, tho due to some irl circumstances, the release rate can't be higher. Which is absolutely fine. As long as there's still chapters being uploaded, that's all that matters 😌Lastly, since I've only just finished the introductory arc, I can't speak much about world background. But after getting a glimpse of the author's skill, I'm sure it'd also be great. P.s.Great job so far, Author! Don't be discouraged by the lack of readers, you have a gem in your hands 🥳🥳🥳
