    Disagree with amaturewriter.  If you wish and skill, you can think up and do a lot here.  There is a fanfic of the strongest Quirkless and it is incredibly good, although gg has zenkai boost.  I hope that the author will be able to correctly realize his idea.  For the first chapters, so far everything is more orderly.

    there cant be any story here,,,,,,,this is vegeta...his weakest form could destroy a planet, and  if he is neutered, then whats the point?...he isnt a saiyan or vegeta..........author man,,,,dont give some cool pro to MC with understanding it
