There are a lot of loopholes, or maybe it's because I'm reading the raws.
There wasn't enough of a satisfying ending for the green tea b**ch.
The green tea b**ch ended up as a beggar in the end. Sheng Xin suddenly died in a car accident, but I thought he would be imprisoned for his crimes.
You Youxing thought Chi Yizhen had a system, but he doesn't (since YYX has a system to obtain SX). However, He You knows that Chi Yizhen is from another world, which Chi Yizhen confesses at the end. They eventually get married.
He You was the original young master. This twist was unexpected. Usually, it's the main character and the green tea b**ch who were switched at birth, but this time it was the male lead and the antagonist. This was a good face-slapping moment for Sheng Xin.
It's just a little boring, with a lot of barrage and comments-style elements in the story, as if there's a 24-hour camera following the main characters and male lead even though the variety show has already ended.
However, as much as I love MC and ML, I wish MC (Chi Yizhen) had not transmigrated into that world. Perhaps if he hadn't, he wouldn't have met ML. But I hope they will meet in another occasion, or perhaps another world.
I feel so bad for the original owner (Chi Yishen) and his entire Chi Family. Instead of MC transmigrating into the body, I really hope the original owner could be reborn, save his family, and get revenge. At this point, the transmigration story seems pointless.
The Chi Family has truly suffered a lot; it's almost like that's the fate of the side characters. When I read this novel, I can't help but feel bad for their family, even though there are some funny and cute scenes. The MC is also being influenced by the original owner's feelings.
This is my first time being affected so much. Sending love to Chi Yishen, Chi Yiming, Chi Mom, and Chi Dad.
