This is genuinely exceptional and not your average run-of-the-mill novel. An amusing tidbit is that all the main female characters in the author's previous works share the first name Ye: Ye Sui, Ye Zhi (I Support the Richest Man), and so forth.

Typically, I'm not a fan of slow-burn romances, and I initially thought this one fell into that category due to the extended period before their confession. However, after catching up and finishing the recent chapters, I must say it was incredibly rewarding. The plot twists, particularly the angst surrounding the accident and the revelation of their marriage, were right up my alley – I couldn't get enough of those beloved tropes.

I absolutely adore the chemistry between the main leads, both their cuteness and how well they complement each other. It's heartwarming to witness their connection.

Moreover, I found the ghost characters' individual stories and the past-life aspect captivating. All in all, I just love everything about this series!

This digital novel truly stands out among the ones I've encountered online. The plot was engaging and consistently intrigued me, leaving me eager for more. As I delved into the story, I experienced a rich tapestry of emotions, particularly during the poignant scenes that intertwined their destinies. What sets this narrative apart from typical reincarnation tales is its depth and complexity, offering a profound exploration beyond the conventional premise.

This is an excellent read. The storytelling and character progression are skillfully executed. The development of the bond between the protagonist and the male lead evolves naturally, mirroring a realistic relationship. The narrative focuses more on the MC's professional journey and her encounters with supernatural elements rather than transmigration as the central theme.

The content is rather generic but enjoyable if you're looking for something light to read. It can be a bit overly sentimental at times, but it's tolerable. However, my main issue lies with the lack of smooth transitions between plot points. There are instances where the narrative jumps abruptly, like discussing careers and suddenly assisting a ghost, or shifting from a focus on the couple to the midpoint of a shoot. It feels like there aren't adequate connections between different events, which disrupts the flow of the story.

To be honest, it's not as terrible when you consider that this is a Chinese (most likely online) novel. The author often tends to stretch the plot to its maximum length, which is a common characteristic you'll find in many Chinese novels, including this one. While I do occasionally skip over parts, I enjoy the male lead enough and sometimes seek stories that are easy on the mind for stress relief.

In the narrative, the author lavishes excessive attention on the main character (MC), which can border on unrealistic and predictability. There are numerous convenient plot points that seem to grant the MC extraordinary fortune. Although the word "exquisite" is overused, which draws attention, the English translations are generally well-done.

However, there are two minor plot inconsistencies that detract from the storytelling. The lack of depth in the ghost encounters makes the story unscary and low on suspense. The author's handling of ghost stories feels rushed, with quick summaries and resolutions without much development. This approach also appears in the MC's acting career arc.

The story starts strong but loses its appeal around halfway, causing frustration and weariness. By the time I reached Chapter 126, my interest in the MC, the main love interest (ML), and the story itself had waned significantly.

Despite my critique, I am left wondering – can an author truly develop feelings for their fictional character? It almost seems that way, but I might be misinterpreting the author's intentions.

The narrative moves at breakneck speed, almost making me crave a condensed version rather than a full-length novel. The incorporation of the showbiz aspect feels jarring and out of sync, as if the female lead (FL) is trapped in a horror storyline while the rest of the characters are engaged in a typical drama set in the entertainment industry.
