The writing quality is mostly good, very little mistakes and the reading flows well.Characters development so far is good, I appreciate the details some of the minor characters have. Though I don't really see too much original thought in the characters they are plenty good enough. I enjoy reading about all of them.World building so far is adequate as it is just the first 20 chapters.Great story with an original concept though I can forsee issues in the future with creating movies for the MC to act in I think it will be interesting to follow. Love it so far.Updates are somewhat stable, hope for more as always.Written at Chapter 21

I don't like how passive MC character is and the hospital staff act like they're in high school. They gossip too much. The lack of maturity in this novel is not very appealing to read. It would have been bearable if the MC wasn't spineless

Note to author:I haven't read this yet but there are a ton of negative reviews. Aye bro. Don't give up writing. It's like when we were little and used to try to tell grown ups our stories and things. At first we couldn't convey our messages clearly because we were too young. With more time and experience we learned how to express ourselves better. But even when we got a little older and learned how to say things more coherently our stories sometimes turned out to not be as grand as we thought them to be. Maybe this is like that.Don't give up.

the story is good so far and I love the little bits of comedy that pop up throughout so so far if say it's a great read for a cultivation novel
