Ragnarok: Fallout of the gods

Be warned! The problem is it’s a great story that’s already been dropped twice. Now the latest news was the author started doing chapters then dropped a 10 chapter premium and nothing since. If it was weekly updates I’d probably buy them as they dropped iut of premium because the story is great. It’s dual cultivation but there’s actually a story and struggles. But with no updates for months if not longer then a few a premium drop and nothing can’t justify unlocking those 10 chapters  they aren’t enough to finish the story so why pay extra for another cliffhanger.

I’v read up to chapter 700 on mtl. An actual review. It’s not perfect, there are some issues. But I overall greatly enjoyed reading it. ISSUES: Characters and relavsnceSome characters are introduced in the beginning that are pretty flat. (Everyone in the first shelter the protagonist enters in the zombie world) There are 2 women introduced in the first few chapters that are completely forgotten about by chapter 100. One of them is in the first shelter, tells mc she has an A rank talent in potions which she says in only useful later. She in only in the first 40 chapters then is completely forgotten about. Same with a fatty character introduced with potion woman. Basically, 80% of characters Inroduced to mc within 40 chapters becomes irrelevant by chapter 100. Except fatty he lasts until maybe chapter 200 then is forgotten.Positives: characters after chapter 100 actually last and have impacts on the story. They are not forgotten about. Character doesn’t become completely op. He’s very strong later and looks like he will be able to destroy ever ything without effort. But his leveling slows down exponent ially b/c experience requirements. So he doesn have 1000 or more zombies. Which forces other ways to become strong, and some tactics/thinking are involved. Its more thought out in that aspect then 80% of the stuff on this site.

Why isn't this book released out of trial read? Author's another book The Devil's Cage is quite popular here and for a reason. This novel is quite good, do give it a read. Fast paced, action pack with wits, magic and alternate world settings. I haven't yet read the raws or mtl so I don't know about the later chapters but the ones translated are really entertaining. Give it a shot and hope that it's picked up soon. I am salivating, prepare the feast.

It would be better if you didn’t have to wait so long for chapters

Not a bad read sadly the author suffers from a bad case of mystery hook syndrome. This has a making of a great novel but due to the author's lack of experience and the incessant desire to be mysterious with the mc's gender it just killed the whole novel. See you need identity to make your mark, but due to the desire of the author the mc is coming out as some confused bisexual individual. And you can see this on the sly sexual comments the author adds to add to the confusion. Fun read but utterly frustrating on some part. Can be a good read when you run out of other books to read.To the author i suggest you pick up David Eddings work.  Read Belgariad Series, Mallorean Series, Belgarath the Sorcerer, Polgara the Sorcerers then finally the Rivan Codex.  Youll thank me later.
