Nate Anderson is a 15 year old boy who was orphaned at the age of 7 has lived a relatively normal life that changes however when one night he stumbles across a bloody and beaten man who tells Nate that he needs to stop the demon Lucius. Now, with his life turned upside down, Nate and his friends have only a year to get stronger and beat Lucius. but he soon realises that the world is much bigger than he could ever believe as he begins to uncover the true mystery of his worlds origins.

The start is okay but I do strongly dislike when the system kind of has a mind of its own and is rude, for example; In this novel, when the MC gets the system, the system keeps calling him "stupid" or "idiot". Although the MC isn't exactly smart, the system shouldn't have that big of an opinion that it needs to constantly voice how stipid he is and just explain it instead.0 0 Reply

As fast as it extends, the blade of his sword immediately reverted back to its original size. The little girl was still running but the huge snake behind her stopped moving. At the center of its head was a thin red line. After several seconds a gush of blood came out from the red line and the three eyes of the snake slowly close. Its huge body fall down the ground and it was not moving. The attack was so fast that the snake didn't even know how it died.0 0 Reply
