Cliche after cliche...also, the unrealistic qualities of the story...furthermore, I feel like it's leading into a modern day harem situation! if not that, then the MC is a hypocrite and falls for any girl who shows him a little interest or is good looking enough. For a guy who is supposed to be all tough and everything, he has no spine in being straight up with the females...he acts so ambiguous. I had such high hopes for this story and it failed me.

The first twenty chapters were rough and hard to follow. There are a lot of terms and concepts that are a bit different from other cultivation novels and the whole 'editing skills parts' are jarring. The story picks up a lot as it goes on and now by chapter 40 I'm completely hooked. All the earlier issues are gone and the author/translator seemed to really find their 'voice'. If you like slice of life, weak to strong, slower growth, secret identities, etc... Then this novel is right up your alley.

It's been about 4 weeks with no chapter and still no word about why it's taking so long or how much longer it'll be this translator does not care. This has happened many times before this story needs and deserves a new translator that gives a damn and will actually do the job.... PLEASE SOMEONE NEW TAKE OVER THIS NOVEL!

I gave this a try, I really did. But after finishing the prologue (chapter 17), I just didnt have any interest to continue reading. A lot of stuff at the beginning is so confusing and nothing is explained. It leads to a ton of guess work, and even then its difficult to keep track of stuff. It’s hard to tell if the author just didnt want to explain the stuff and expected it to be understood, or if they were trying to make it sound interesting.

Great start so far. I love the idea of a fox as the MC; it makes the story very interesting and funny. Great grammar and spelling. I am looking forward to more chapters.
