This has promising potential. The storyline is captivating, and the main character (MC) displays resourcefulness rather than being a pushover. Unfortunately, it seems to have lost momentum. I wish someone would continue it. Nevertheless, the story stands on its own. The male lead (ML) doesn't have any romantic or sexual involvement with the king's concubine; it's actually the concubine who develops feelings for him. The MC, uninterested in the ML, solely focuses on amassing wealth, as the title suggests. She's intelligent and strategizes to achieve her objectives. The witty banter between them adds an intriguing dynamic, without resorting to instant love. I'd definitely recommend giving it a read – it's worth your time. <3

Firstly, I believe the title doesn't capture the essence accurately. While business plays a role, it's just a subplot. The title seems to focus more on the princess's character traits rather than the storyline itself.

Speaking of the plot, I think there's a wealth of untapped potential. The pacing might be slow, with events unfolding over a few chapters spanning three days. Personally, I'm not bothered by the gradual progression, as it allows us to witness the transformation of their relationship in detail. We're still in the early stages, but I sense a fire brewing, and I'm eager to see where it takes us. I truly hope to read the entire story soon, but for now, I'll patiently wait.

As for the characters, they're all charming. The main character resonates with me; she's composed and level-headed, handling situations well,尽管在情感表达上略显木讷,但这种特质既可爱又风趣。

Contrary to some reviewer's claims, the male lead doesn't come across as casual in relationships. In fact, he's quite serious and cautious, which is understandable given his current circumstances.

The pace of the story is indeed quite slow. While the plot is decent, I've reached chapter 65 and there hasn't been any indication of the main character starting her own business. Additionally, the Monarch's Sight she possesses seems to have been utilized only once on day one, with no further usage mentioned. Overall, my rating would be 5 out of 10.

It could just be my current mood, but I find the pacing of this novel quite unbearable. Despite being 30 chapters in, we're still only on Day 2 of the narrative. The book seems to be bogged down with repetitive daily routines and unnecessary dialogue, which doesn't contribute to world or character development. Instead, it feels excessively tedious, making it difficult to maintain engagement. So far, the story has focused more on romance than the promised business aspect, which is a letdown.

Honestly, this novel is quite average. The romance is dreadfully slow; at the moment, the male lead has just acknowledged his feelings, but the female lead couldn't be less bothered, despite being over 200 chapters in. Unfortunately, the business and financial aspects aren't particularly engaging either, as everything unfolds predictably due to the主角's extraordinary ability. What I found somewhat enjoyable were the political intrigue, catfights between the MC and her former servants, and the dynamics between the ML and his supposed lover. The ML and his underlings are amusing to read about, while the MC herself comes across as平淡, lacking depth, merely elegant, intelligent, and present.

The pacing and one-dimensional character development are what I least appreciate. The story moves at a glacial pace, filled with redundant details that don't contribute much to the plot. There aren't many heartwarming moments, and some characters come across as foolish, their actions and thoughts illogical. A potentially intriguing antagonist ends up being a stumbling block for the MC's growth.

Despite these drawbacks, the book can still be decent entertainment. The translation is commendable. So, for casual readers who don't mind a slower-paced and somewhat predictable storyline, I'd still recommend it.

The character MC is portrayed as adept at navigating social dynamics, displaying exceptional business acumen, and perceptive in identifying hidden intentions or schemes. However, she struggles with understanding subtle hints or sexual comments, often requiring them to be explicitly explained. Her awareness of sexual innuendo comes from observing others, but she occasionally finds herself unintentionally flirting with the main male lead without fully grasping its implications. Despite repeatedly stating she has no romantic interest, she inadvertently clings to him due to these misunderstandings.

Unfortunately, the plot falls short, as the villains lack depth and predictability, leading to a disengaging storyline for me, causing me to lose interest.

This tale is both amusing and heartwarming, although the start might be a bit sluggish. However, the engaging moments between the male lead (ML) and female lead (FL) and their adventures make it well worth the read. It's crucial to note that the original chapters are quite concise, with approximately two stories condensed into one. So, if you feel like the progression is slow, remember that each part contains substantial character development. I genuinely adore this story, and the protagonists' growth is evident with each passing chapter, leaving me captivated ❤️.

This is an excellent story featuring entertaining characters, and the translation is top-notch, ensuring smooth reading. Just be prepared for a slightly slower pace than anticipated. Individually, I find the female lead's obsession with desserts endlessly charming. :D

I'm going to voice my concerns, but the plot itself has potential. The story, however, could have been more engaging. The pace of plot progression is incredibly slow, and the author keeps reusing characters unnecessarily. For instance, a character named Rosalyn was overused, initially suggesting she might be a servant, but later referred to as "lady," which felt inconsistent with the world's hierarchy. The court ladies' behavior was rude and disrespectful, yet the main character, FL, who is a princess and the emperor's daughter, chooses to ignore them, responding harshly without addressing the root of the issue. The same pattern repeats with knights, who act impulsively, and FL doesn't seem to hold them accountable.

The translation might be an issue, but the character of the blacksmith as the one responsible for creating a scalpel feels off. Blacksmiths typically work with weapons and armor, while the employee in this story displays a level of craftsmanship that aligns more with a craftsman, capable of intricate work like accessories.

Moreover, the focus on the scalpel as a surgical tool seems misplaced. The risks involved in surgery, like exposure, trauma, and infection, were not adequately addressed. A real breakthrough would have been an invention of antiseptic solutions, like alcohol or even gloves, to minimize infections, rather than just listing the benefits of the scalpel.

Despite my frustration with the slow pace and repetitive scenarios, there are aspects I appreciate, particularly FL's uncaring attitude. However, I wish for a faster resolution. The story might not be for everyone, so it's best to give it a try and form your own opinion. It's not a bad read, just manage your expectations.

The translation by Miss Ruby is exceptional, as always. I am a regular listener and will continue tuning in until the series concludes. However, I must express my concern with the author. Several chapters felt unnecessary, disrupting the flow and lacking significance.

There was a particular spoiler that caught me off guard – almost forgetting about the main character's son. It felt odd and unsettling when his behavior didn't align with a child's, especially given his supposed connection to the emperor's powers. Is it implied that because of this, he's actually transcended but not truly, resulting in his adult-like speech? It's both creepy and frustrating.

Despite these drawbacks, I still enjoyed the overall experience. I believe it wouldn't be fair to rate lower due to occasional slow-paced chapters. Now that the story is complete, I can easily skim through those sections without the anticipation and annoyance of weekly updates featuring an unlikable narrator.

It was decent, quite ordinary. However, towards the climax, it dragged on excessively and unnecessarily. Despite the translator's skill, I found the excessive cringe-inducing content tiresome. The narrative repeatedly centered around how beautiful, intelligent, and extraordinary the protagonist was, with everyone vying for her attention. This repetition became monotonous and lost its appeal for me. In my opinion, the story concludes once they achieve their happy ending; anything beyond that point doesn't hold much interest for me.
