    When I first started this series I expected just mindless violence, then it evolved to fun mindless violence then to just a sincerely fun ride... and now... I am impressed that I am truly invested in the characters and story.

    It isn't what I would call a literary masterpiece, but it sure is a masterpiece from the author, there is true heart and skill put here, the events, and characters, were all well thought out and there is a good balance of morals.

    Yes, there is an obvious right and wrong, but there is the questioning in face of a situation that is anything but abnormal.

    If you are asking yourself if you should read this, I say... do it, turn your brain off in the beginning, and then be surprised as it is slowly turned on again by the story.
