Sorry if I come off as rude, but just think about it
The mc’s in NGNL comes from a highly developed world and is transported to a somewhat primitive and very divided world that is Categorized by races. The isekai world is not as violent because violence is forbidden,Instead of violence (war), they play baseball games to conquer/rule others’s.
The mc in this world is a highly advanced high school baseball player tasked to save a civilization in another world. The baseball world is very divided (races), but is not as violent because violence is forbidden. Civilizations in this world also conquer/rule by playing games (except it’s baseball lol)
There are so many more connections, but i don’t feel like typin them all. If u need any more info just post another reply
can you remind me of what "Isekai" means again?
Is this even considered an Isekai?
This looks like the same concept that "Yu Yu Hakusho" had (Where the MC dies from an Accident and due to circumstances, he got resurrected again).
Kinda sad he is an enemy... but I LOVE paper magic, one of my favorite themes for magic, together with wood(an enemy here too T.T), sound, and "smoke"(<this one has a few details to why I like it but it would take too long to explain).
With each chapter Hokazono-sensei's amazing grasp of fighting choreography gets even more apparent, we have reached the first checkpoint where the big guns of this world will start to really clash, so things will get wild.
And... interestingly, Hokazono-sensei kinda felt the need to explain why such elite fighters like those guys from Kamunabi were so "easily" killed, most authors would just leave it at "the enemy is just that powerful" and keep going, but he wants to make clear... the enemies arent dangerous just because they are strong... they are dangerous because the strong AND smart, they will use dirty tactics, underhanded strategies and whatever they feel the need.
