Wtf Everyone’s getting some except the MC. I think this mangaka got lost halfway through the story and just decided to go crazy.

He's kinda just roling with it and putting the quest to return to his body on hold since he is dealing with wars, grand destruction from a spirit king, and his father. I don't remember why he is fighting in the war besides him liking fights and being a duke but the other primary quests are to just stop the destruction of the world and to fuck up the demon that gender bended him.
