I’m not hating on this story but I’m wondering why these generic isekais always get 1st place in that novelist event? Are there really no better story’s that are submitted other than generic isekais? I just always see these isekais get manga adaptations because of their 1st place in some novel competition.

This manga is very Nisekoi-coded with just some few tweak changes on the characters, I wouldnt be surprised if the author loved the Nisekoi series and admits he took direct inspiration from it.

Overall, it's a good manga to read with a really clean artstyle although the writing is clumsy and the emotional writing are lowkey and toned down. However, it's not teally that big of a deal for now since the author is still an amateur. Kind of interested what this author have in store for his future works since I dig his artstyle.
