That chick's one of the most annoying tropes in manga...ugh.

That's just how most ecchi tag series are. Horny teasing aside the story itself is surprisingly pretty decent as well as the art quality.
It will do better with some improvement on other tags like romance development(still having only ch.17 it make sense, give it time).
Some of these other comments here are way too harsh, too horny to look past or straight up over exaggerating the "bad" of this manga.
