Her hair is styled in pigtails with two large ribbons. She does not know how to swim. Additionally, she practices ballet, though she is rather clumsy at it.
She has a newborn baby brother named Tsubasa, who, according to her, receives all of her parents' attention. This is why her Guardian Character, Pepe, is a baby, as she believes babies get all the attention.
Her Character Change character is a baby wielding a giant rattle as a weapon; influenced by this "baby" character, she has a crybaby personality. During a Character Change with Yaya, Pepe says, "Pretty, Cutie, Love Baby!"
Yaya achieves her Character Transformation with Pepe in episode 41 of the anime. Her transformation is called Dear Baby.
