Wiper is the leader of the Shandian warriors, striving to reclaim Upper Yard from Enel. He wields a Burn Bazooka and is a direct descendant of Calgara, inheriting his violent tendencies. Wiper is rough around the edges and has always harbored a deep hatred for both the Skypieans, despite Gan Fall's efforts to achieve peace between the two peoples during his time as "god," and anyone from the seas.
During the survival game, Wiper fought against Monkey D. Luffy, but their match ended in a stalemate. Later, he, along with Nico Robin, Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Enel, and Gan Fall, survived Enel's survival game. However, when Wiper refused to join Enel, he was defeated by Enel's Goro Goro powers. Wiper uses Seastone and a Reject Dial, a powerful weapon that causes significant damage to both the enemy and the user, for his attacks. Despite this, Enel simply restarts his own heart and strikes Wiper down again.
Later, Wiper uses the Reject Dial for a third time that day—supposedly he should have died after the second use—to help the Straw Hats topple Giant Jack so Luffy can reach Enel's ship during the climax of the Skypiea Arc. After Enel's defeat, Wiper witnesses peace finally coming between the Shandians and the Skypieans.
Wiper fights using a Burn Bazooka and a Reject Dial, though he is also skilled in close combat, primarily utilizing Skate-type Wavers to enhance his kicks. Currently, he is helping to rebuild the Shandian village alongside others.
