Urban is a Marine Vice Admiral and one of the nine individuals involved in the Egghead Incident.
He is a tall man with a monstrous face, featuring sharp teeth and pointed fangs reminiscent of Ancient Giants. His long, flowing hair reaches down to his waist.
Urban wears a top with the word "MARINE" printed on it, which has two lines through it. He also dons a double-breasted suit over a dark suit and tie. As a high-ranking officer, he wears a Justice coat draped over his shoulders.
