Pesche is a relatively harmless humanoid Hollow with a mask that resembles an insectoid head, complete with large mandibles. He wears an eyepatch and a loincloth. His hollow hole is positioned lower than usual, near his stomach rather than his chest. Once Nel Tu's Fracción, along with Dondo, their masks were forcibly removed by Nnoitra, leaving them for dead alongside Nel. Upon realizing their master had reverted to a defenseless child, Pesche and Dondo vowed to protect Nel by keeping her past life a secret from her. They spent their time traveling around Hueco Mundo together. Pesche accidentally accompanies Uryū into Las Noches, mistaking him for Ichigo. Initially, this upsets Pesche as he believes Uryū to be the weakest member of the group due to his appearance, while thinking Chad is the strongest. Pesche possesses an ability called "Infinite Slick" (無限の滑走（インフィナイト・スリック）, Infinaito Surikku?), where he sprays saliva at an object, drastically reducing its friction. Although it seems useless, he can render Cirucci's weapon ineffective by coating it in his liquid. It can also be used to make opponents lose their footing or grip on things. The liquid is limited in supply, contrary to its name. Pesche named it "Infinite Slick" because "Finite Slick" didn't sound nearly as cool. He can also perform a synchronized Cero attack with Dondo. In addition to his powers, Pesche carries an energy sword called Ultima (究極（ウルティマ）, Urutima?), which he compares to one of Uryū's Seele Schneiders.
