Pepe is a baby-like Guardian Character who belongs to Yaya. She always has a pacifier in her mouth, wears a full-body baby outfit, and sports her hair in pigtails. Whenever either Pepe or Yaya gets hurt or something goes wrong, they both start whining and crying together. Pepe can be described as a crybaby, but upon closer inspection, she may also come across as somewhat sarcastic. She seems to enjoy being the center of attention and playing childish games, like piggyback rides.
When Pepe and Yaya perform a Character Change, Yaya gains a baby bib and a giant rattle that she uses to squash or hit opponents with. During this transformation, Yaya says, "pretty, cutey, love baby." Through the power of the Humpty Lock, Pepe can Character Transform with Yaya, resulting in "Dear Baby."
