Pandaman is a humorous character created by Eiichirō Oda, featuring a muscular physique with a panda face for a head (whether it's a mask or his true face remains unclear). He makes frequent background appearances throughout the series, challenging viewers to spot him.
Originally, Pandaman was introduced in the book "77 Mysteries of Kinnikuman." His backstory places him as originating from Tibet, though his age is unknown. Standing at 200 cm (6'6") tall and weighing 122 kg (270 lbs), he has a Super Power Rating of 3,300,000. His signature moves include the Bamboo Leaf Panda Drop and the Giant Panda Deathlock. According to his backstory, he was abandoned as an infant in a bamboo thicket and raised by giant pandas. However, these details are not part of the One Piece manga or anime and should be taken with a grain of salt.
Pandaman is also known as an Akuma Chōjin who resolved to become strong after being ridiculed for claiming to have seen Kaguya-Hime, a princess found inside a bamboo stump according to Japanese legends.
Oda has mentioned that Pandaman is a wealthy individual living on a certain island. He is often depicted alongside members of the Tomato Gang, debt collectors pursuing him for money he owes, which explains why Pandaman is frequently seen running away in his appearances.
In the anime filler arc "Ice Hunter," during Episode 326, Pandaman's bounty is revealed to be at least more than 3,333,333 beli, though Kanpaccino's hand partially obscures the full amount.
