A living mass of chaotic matter akin to a primordial soup, formed from the amalgamation of the lives of 666 creatures. He was named "Nero" by the Church, a play on words in Gematria where the letters comprising his name add up to 666, known as the Number of the Beast.
Originally an alchemist named Fabro Rowan from the Sea of Estray, a collection of smaller sorcerer organizations in northern Europe. His quest for immortality led him to devise a method to absorb and integrate his existence with other creatures' lives, resulting in his transformation into Chaos. He eventually became a singular accumulation of lives with a collective consciousness, aligned with his will yet not fully under his control, and of a nature beyond his comprehension. Even as he was aware that his mind was fading due to merging with the beasts, his ultimate desire was to understand the chaos that constituted him.
