Neon is the captain of Uruha Oto (Sound) and one of the two female members of Jyushinshuu, alongside Mikoto. In terms of strength, she ranks as the 8th strongest, following Noroi, Kai, Raiha, Joker, Rasen, and Meguri Kyōza in raw power.
Neon has a slender yet curvaceous figure and is considered attractive. Her hair is multi-colored, predominantly black with two red streaks. She is also notably busty. Her outfit is quite revealing, featuring a one-piece garment that is closed at her waist by a belt and opens again beneath it, falling to her ankles. A musical note adorns the bottom of her outfit, symbolizing her connection to the sound element. The crystal for her madōgu, Fukyo Waon, was once placed on her right breast before it shattered.
In the anime adaptation, her multi-colored hair appears dark red with orange streaks instead. While she retains her manga outfit, she adds a single blue pauldron armor piece to the right side of her attire.
