Mr. 7 is an agent and a member of a sniper duo with Miss Father's Day. His body is adorned with sevens, from his eyebrows and shoes to his gun. Many of his gestures and even the way he opens his mouth resemble the number seven.
Partnered with Miss Father's Day, they form Baroque Works' sniper pair. His Yellow Gun, known as Kiiroi Juu, shoots dice-shaped bullets each marked with seven dots. These bullets align with Miss Father's Day's shots to create explosive effects.
Sir Crocodile assigned them to guard the cannon at the top of the clock tower in Alubarna, the capital city of Arabasta, until it fired and destroyed the fighters below (though they were unaware they would also be caught in the blast). Mr. 7 often appears to yawn or whisper to Miss Father's Day.
Both he and Miss Father's Day were ultimately defeated by Princess Vivi, which is somewhat ironic since their rank within Baroque Works was lower than Vivi’s (Vivi was Agent No. 9).
