mr. 11

First Appearance: Chapter 128; Episode 79 Mr. 11's real name remains unknown. He serves as a Frontier Agent for Baroque Works in the world of One Piece. His partner, Miss Thursday, does not appear in the series. Mr. 11 makes a brief appearance during two episodes in the Arabasta arc. In his first scene, he is captured by Captain Smoker in Lunas and tied to a flag post. While on Smoker's ship, he inadvertently discloses some information about Baroque Works. In his second appearance, the ship arrives in Arabasta. When an unexpected event forces the crew, including Smoker, to leave the ship, Mr. 11 attempts to free himself. Unexpectedly, "Billions" (henchmen for Officer Agents) board the ship. Mistaking them for "Millions" (henchmen for Frontier Agents), Mr. 11 shouts at them to untie him. The "Billions" reveal their rank, placing them at the same level as Mr. 11, since agents ranked above 10 are not significantly stronger than the Billions. Mr. 11 apologizes, but it’s too late; they have no intention of freeing him. Then, "Mr. Mellow" approaches Mr. 11 and says, "It's about time a post got opened," before shooting him. Although his death is not explicitly shown, Mr. Mellow's comment strongly implies it, especially since Tashigi informs Smoker that Mr. 11 was murdered in the same chapter/episode.
