Charlotte Moscato was the 16th son of the Charlotte Family and served as Totto Land's Minister of Gelato. He met his demise at the hands of his own mother, Charlotte Linlin, during one of her destructive food cravings rampages.
Moscato had a robust torso with relatively slender arms and legs. His face was elongated and unshaven, and he sported pink and blue hair slicked upwards at the front. He wore a dark blue jacket adorned with tasseled, ice cream-shaped shoulder guards and a thick belt with his initials "SM" on the buckle, over a striped suit.
In his role as the Minister of Gelato, Moscato was responsible for sourcing and distributing gelato to those in need and held authority over an unspecified island within Totto Land. Despite being able to dodge one of his mother’s punches by jumping back, he was ultimately powerless against her rampage.
Moscato carried a long sword with a handle shaped like an ice cream cone on his back. He cared deeply about Sweet City and made attempts to stop his mother from consuming it during her rampages. However, upon realizing that even he could not prevent her without risking his life, Moscato fled in terror.
