The Minister of the Right is a seahorse merman serving King Neptune. Though his exact responsibilities are unclear, he seems to handle both administrative and military tasks. He also appears to act as a guard or commander, as he and other guards rushed to the princess's aid when she needed help. His true name remains unknown.
