Arrancar in Sōsuke Aizen's army, Menoly was tasked along with Loly to bring Orihime Inoue to Aizen when he wanted to show her the Hōgyoku. Menoly is a teenage female Arrancar. Her mask resembles Loly's but is positioned on the opposite side of her face, suggesting they might be sisters. She also wears a white segmented choker and several white bracelets that could be part of her mask fragments. Menoly's hairstyle closely mirrors Grimmjow's, except her hair is blond while Grimmjow's is teal. Unlike Loly, Menoly does not appear as infatuated with Aizen, though she hesitates to leave him alone with Orihime. She seems more rational than Loly, especially when Loly becomes enraged at Orihime. Menoly advised Loly not to "take it too far," aware of the potential consequences from Aizen or someone higher-ranking. Ironically, Menoly attacked Grimmjow, the Sexta Espada, without hesitation, which led to her near-death. She showed fear and intimidation when Grimmjow appeared. Before leaving with Grimmjow, Orihime used her healing powers to revive Menoly, much to Loly's shock. When Orihime was recaptured by Aizen, Loly and Menoly seized the opportunity to attack her again while Ichigo fought Ulquiorra. Their assault was interrupted by Yammy, who knocked Menoly through a stone wall. It was revealed in the 'Thousand Year Blood War' arc that she survived. She attempted to fight Quilge Opie but was quickly defeated. In the 'Can't Fear Your Own World' novels, she is depicted maintaining law and order in Hueco Mundo as part of the Exequias under Harribel's rule.
