mckinley

McKinley is the Captain of the White Berets, a police force in Skypeia. He initially attempted to arrest the Straw Hat Pirates upon their arrival in Skypeia. McKinley seemed highly devoted to Eneru until it was revealed that Eneru intended to destroy Skypeia using his Devil Fruit powers. At this point, McKinley disclosed that his obedience to Eneru was solely to protect the citizens of Sky Island. Subsequently, McKinley and the rest of the White Berets abandoned Eneru's side and joined Conis in evacuating the people of Skypeia.
