"Thunder Lord" McGuy is a notorious pirate in the New World who allied himself with Whitebeard. He has a distinctive long face, a prominent nose, wavy hair, and a black mustache shaped like a lightning bolt.
McGuy has built a fearsome reputation in the New World and managed to form an alliance with Whitebeard. He and his crew are first seen alongside a fleet of 42 other infamous pirate crews, all allied with the Whitebeard Pirates, as they attack Marineford to save Portgas D. Ace from his execution.
