Additionally, he is one of the top four commanders within the Whitebeard Pirates, positioning him as one of the top four fighters on board, second only to Whitebeard himself. Despite facing the formidable Haki of Shanks, a Yonkou, Marco can maintain his consciousness. His reflexes are remarkable, allowing him to instantly react to Kizaru's light-speed movements and attacks in order to protect Whitebeard. He was even able to physically touch Kizaru, who is typically intangible due to his Logia ability, suggesting that Marco may be capable of using Haki. Marco exhibits superhuman strength, demonstrated when he kicked Kizaru to the ground at an incredible speed.
