toono makihisa

Makihisa is the head of the Toono family until his demise prior to the events in Tsukihime.

He is the father of Akiha Toono and Shiki Toono.

Makihisa orchestrated the downfall of the Nanaya clan by employing Kouma Kishima, adopting Shiki because his own son bore the same name. Due to the influence of his Inversion Impulse, he continuously abused Kohaku over an extended period to exploit her innate abilities to calm his mind, severely damaging her mental health. Before the game's events, he was killed by Shiki, which led to the full awakening of Roa.
