thalassa lucas

Thalassa Lucas is the King of Ilusia. He briefly appeared in chapter 142 during a flashback involving Chopper. He was the bearded, smoking man who showed a photo of Dragon during the Council of Kings six years ago in Mariejois. Thalassa stated that Dragon's thoughts were dangerous and predicted that within six more years, Dragon would become a significant threat to the World Government.

He has only been seen in a flashback from six years ago, and it is unclear whether he is still alive or if he continues to reign.

Additionally, "Thalassa" (Θάλασσα) means "sea" and is the name of a Greek sea goddess who personified the Mediterranean.
