Loyd Lloyd is a Quincy and a member of the Vandenreich's Stern Ritter, designated as "Y." He is the identical twin brother of Royd Lloyd.
Loyd is among the three Stern Ritter who confronted Captain Kenpachi Zaraki during the early stages of the invasion. Despite posing the greatest challenge to Zaraki by mimicking his appearance, Loyd was ultimately defeated once Zaraki surpassed the imitation's strength. Zaraki later carried Loyd's body on his shoulders, along with the others, before presenting it in front of Juhabach without ceremony.
From birth, Loyd and his younger brother, Royd, were indistinguishable, even to their parents and the medical staff. By the age of five, the brothers realized they had unconsciously begun imitating each other even before birth. At twelve years old, they discovered they could mimic other people too. While both could replicate appearances, only Loyd had the ability to copy powers and techniques.
