Loly is a teenage female Arrancar who, along with Menoly, was ordered to bring Orihime to Aizen when he wanted to demonstrate the Orb of Distortion. She appears to be infatuated with Aizen, as evidenced by her anger over his interest in Orihime. The remnants of her mask cover her left eye and still have teeth attached to it. Loly's uniform matches her theme, featuring a schoolgirl-style skirt and what seem to be thigh-high black boots, along with black hair styled in pigtails.
She exhibits a very sadistic and cruel nature, as seen when she harassed Orihime in Ulquiorra's absence. Loly is defeated by Yammy during the 'Fake Karakura Town' arc but reappears in the 'Thousand Year Blood War' arc to confront Quilge Opie, only to be easily defeated again. In the 'Can't Fear Your Own World' novels, she joins the Exequias and now serves under Harribel.
