Leo is a dwarf from the Tontatta Kingdom who made his first appearance on Green Bit. There, he and a group of other dwarves attacked some Marines. He holds the position of "Tonta-troop leader" (トンタ兵長 Tonta-heichō) in the Tontatta Kingdom.
Like all other dwarves, Leo is small in stature and has a large, fluffy tail along with a pointy nose. He has long brown hair and wears a green hat that resembles a crown, with one of its points bent. His outfit includes a jumper, goggles, boots, gloves, and a tie. He is typically seen carrying a gun.
