The Kung-Fu Dugongs are a species of Dugong residing in Arabasta, renowned for their martial arts prowess and strength. According to their honor code, once defeated, a Dugong must pledge loyalty to the victor. This rule applies to any disciples accompanying the master as well. Currently, their master is Luffy, who unknowingly defeated them all. They inhabit the Sandora River.
