Kujaku is a Marine Rear Admiral stationed at Marine Base G-14 and also a member of SWORD. She is the granddaughter of Marine Vice Admiral Tsuru. Known for her domineering personality, Kujaku often uses flirtatious yet abusive language, not hesitating to direct it at her fellow Marines or even superiors.
She is a shapely young woman with long strawberry blonde hair, green eyes, prominent lips, and large breasts. Her attire includes a strapless pink dress adorned with red blotch-like patterns, a Marine coat draped over her shoulders, and a pink cloche hat featuring a seagull-flower accessory on the left side and an "M" on the front.
As a Marine Rear Admiral, Kujaku has authority over lower-ranking subordinates. Being part of the Marine squadron SWORD grants her the freedom to disregard orders from her superiors and act independently. She ate the Muchi Muchi no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to command anything she strikes with whips, including objects.
